Volunteer with Kids Help Phone. Kids Help Phone is a national organization that provides free, confidential support to young people across Canada. Volunteers can get involved in different roles, including:
Crisis Responders – Provide emotional support through text-based conversations.
Community Ambassadors – Help spread awareness and advocate for mental health resources.
Fundraising Volunteers – Organize or participate in events to support the organization’s mission.

Volunteer with Jack.org. Jack.org is a youth-led organization that empowers young people to take action in mental health. Volunteers can get involved in:
Jack Talks – Deliver engaging presentations on mental health.

Jack Summits – Participate in national and regional summits to connect with like-minded advocates.

Join our team of Mental Health Advocates. At Community is Medicine, our mental health advocates are dedicated volunteers who provide free support to young people in need. By joining our team, you can:
Offer emotional support and a listening ear to those struggling with mental health challenges.

Gain valuable experience in peer support and advocacy.
