💛 Your story matters.
Before you submit, please read our guidelines:
You deserve to feel heard. We understand that opening up to a friend, a family member, a mental health professional, or anyone else can feel scary at first. Everyone has their own journey, and every step looks different.
We created this space for those who want to share their stories or feelings anonymously, without the pressure of having all the right words. We believe that community is medicine, and you don’t have to feel alone.
We review every submission and select one story each week to feature in our community chat, where others can offer support, kindness, and understanding.
If your story isn’t selected that week, it may be shared at a later time. We want you to know that every submission matters, and we’ll do our best to ensure your voice is heard within our community.
If you’d like us to reach out with a response or helpful resources, you can optionally provide your email address in the separate contact field.
Protect your privacy.
Your privacy matters to us. Please don't include identifying information in your story, such as your full name, phone number, email address, home address, or other details that could reveal who you are.
We review submissions before sharing them and may remove or change identifying details to help protect your privacy.
Be respectful.
Everyone deserves to feel safe, valued, and respected. Hate speech, racism, slurs, harassment, and discrimination are not welcome here.
A little reminder:
Your feelings and experiences are valid. You don't need to have everything figured out, and you don't need perfect words or a long story to be heard.
Share honestly, take your time, and express yourself in whatever way feels right for you while respecting our community guidelines.
A little tip: Try to keep your story short if you can! 💌 This helps us share your experiences in our community chat and makes it easier for others to read, connect, and respond. You don't have to share everything at once. Even a few sentences can make a difference.
Please note: This community is a space for sharing and support, not emergency or professional mental health care. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please reach out to local emergency services or a trusted person who can support you.
